To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Certain items, such as final sale items and gift cards, are non-returnable.

For exchanges, the best approach is to return the original item and place a new order for the preferred size or style.
