Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to expand our services in the future. We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please email us at support@gilijewels.com, and if approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Certain items, such as final sale items and gift cards, are non-returnable.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. For exchanges, the best approach is to return the original item and place a new order for the preferred size or style. Refunds are processed once returns are received and inspected, with funds typically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received a refund, please contact us for further assistance. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs when sending the item to us, but we will cover the return shipping if the claim is approved.
