SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Custom or made-to-order items may take longer depending on production requirements.

*Please note that select items from The VIP Vault may require up to 5 days before shipping. Each piece is made or set to order and undergoes an additional quality review to guarantee a pristine, perfected finish.

Shipping Method

All U.S. orders ship free via FedEx with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days.

We may occasionally use UPS or USPS depending on location or carrier availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you opted in for SMS updates, tracking will also be sent via text.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please verify your shipping information carefully. Gili Jewels is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located:

  • Contact the carrier directly

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Notify us at support@gilijewels.com

We will assist where possible, but carriers are responsible for final delivery.

International Shipping

Selected international destinations are available.
Customers are responsible for all duties, customs fees, and taxes on international orders.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In original condition

  • Unworn and unused

  • With tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, a prepaid shipping label and instructions will be provided.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made items

  • Personalized items

  • Special orders

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked Final Sale

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item.
Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund was approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

  • Your bank or card provider may require additional posting time
