2. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, or patina of finish

  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, or improper care

  • Loss or theft of stones, gems, or entire jewelry items

  • Unauthorized repairs, sizing, or modifications performed by any person or business other than Gili Jewels or our authorized service providers

  • Damage due to service or maintenance performed by unauthorized third parties

3. Ownership & Original Purchaser

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the jewelry item, from an authorized Gili Jewels retailer or from our official website. Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all warranty service requests.

4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request service under this warranty:

  1. Contact us at support@gilijewels.com including your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. We may ask you to register your item or provide additional details, photographs, and proof of purchase.

  3. If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions and shipping details (if applicable) for returning the item to us for inspection and service.

  4. If repair or replacement is not feasible, we may offer a comparable item or store credit at our discretion.

  5. Return shipping may be at your expense; we will advise on any costs before processing the claim.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our obligation under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the covered item. Gili Jewels is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the item.

6. Lifetime Definition

For the purposes of this warranty, “lifetime” means the lifetime of the original consumer owner under normal use of the product. If the item is sold, gifted, or transferred, this warranty will no longer apply.
